Appellant and a co-defendant were charged by information with first degree murder while in perpetration of robbery. The two were tried jointly before a jury, convicted and sentenced to death. We reversed those convictions because of an erroneously given instruction and also erroneously admitted cross-implicating confessions. Mosby and Williamson v. State (Ark.
