Shortly after eight o'clock in the morning of January 5, 1967, Marshall K. Mulberry, age 19, was killed in a collision between an automobile he was driving and an automobile owned by J. W. Howard and driven by his wife, Melrose Jones Howard. Mrs. Howard sustained a severe head injury resulting in her complete loss of memory of the accident and the circumstances of how it occurred. Both vehicles were extensively damaged...
