The plaintiffs, Frank, Louis and Jerry Prasifka, instituted this action to enjoin the City of Hutchins from interfering with their use of 44 acres of land within the city. The city filed a cross-action to enjoin the Prasifkas from using their property in violation of a zoning ordinance.

Trial was to the court without a jury which resulted in a judgment that all parties take nothing. Findings...
