The appellee, Joseph Hampton, entered into an agreement to settle his workmen's compensation claim on the basis of temporary total disability for a period of 32 6/7 weeks and permanent partial disability of forty-three percent for 367 1/7 weeks. The settlement was approved by the Workmen's Compensation Board.
