This case commenced as an action for a declaratory judgment concerning the right of the defendant to terminate an agreement whereby the plaintiff was engaged to develop insurance business for the defendant. After trial on the declaratory judgment proceedings a supplemental complaint for damages for breach of contract was filed. The action for damages was tried by the court without a jury and a judgment in the amount of $214,867.54 was entered against...
