The accused is charged with several counts of professional misconduct, all arising from the manner in which he handled the settlement of a personal injury case. The charges include, among others, that the accused made certain misrepresentations to hospital-creditors of his clients and that he commingled in his personal office bank account for several months the funds received by him in connection with the settlement.
