MEMORANDUM OPINION

ORMA R. SMITH, District Judge.

This suit was filed pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare reducing the amount of plaintiff's disability insurance benefits on account of his receipt of Workmen's Compensation, under 42 U.S.C.A. § 424a.

At the time of his injury, plaintiff was working for the City of Clarksdale...
