Skrivan appeals from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals, adhered to on reconsideration, which affirmed the final rejection of claims 9-16, all of the remaining claims in his application,1 on the ground of double patenting over his own patent.2 Claims 9, 10 and 12-16 were rejected additionally as being "unduly broad" under 35 U.S.C. § 112.
