The plaintiff in error, doing business as Stadium Steak House (Stadium), is a Denver restaurant. Empire Meat Company (Empire), defendant in error, is a wholesale meat dealer. Empire sued Stadium for the balance allegedly owed on an open account. The account ran from a period of December 1963 to November 1965.
