This is an appeal from a summary judgment for defendant in a suit in which plaintiff, the beneficiary of a land trust, seeks to recover damages for breach of a lease which he signed as agent of the trustee, contrary to the provisions of the trust agreement which provided that no beneficiary should have the authority to contract for or in the name of the trustee.
