This is a suit for title and possession of certain real estate based on an alleged constructive or resulting trust. The trial court entered a judgment for the plaintiff based on a jury verdict.

While there were other parties to the suit in the trial court, only Harry Friedman has appealed. He restricts his appeal to that part of the judgment which (1) establishes a constructive trust in the real estate, (2) sets aside a deed to appellant...
