Charles V. Lalicker owned a tractor and dump trailer truck unit which he leased to Northwestern Engineering Company for the hauling of gravel. Richard Darling, while driving the gravel truck unit for lessee, had a collision with Wayne R. Halligan who was driving a 3-ton water truck. Lalicker, owner of the gravel truck, sued Halligan for damages to his gravel truck unit...
