Plaintiffs brought suit for reformation of a deed given them by defendants. The lands described in the deed were "all of LOT TWO (2) of SECTION SEVEN (7) * * *." This lot contains 34.15 acres and lies south of U.S. Highway 70, except for a small portion of the northwest corner thereof, which falls within the right of way of said highway.
