OMAN, Judge.

Plaintiffs brought suit for reformation of a deed given them by defendants. The lands described in the deed were "all of LOT TWO (2) of SECTION SEVEN (7) * * *." This lot contains 34.15 acres and lies south of U.S. Highway 70, except for a small portion of the northwest corner thereof, which falls within the right of way of said highway. Plaintiffs claimed the deed should be reformed to include 3.36 acres lying south of the highway and...
