The plaintiffs have launched a full-scale assault upon certain subsections of two New Orleans ordinances relative to vagrancy and idle and disorderly persons. The ordinances under attack are § 42-85(5), (7) and (8) and § 42-90 of the Code of the City of New Orleans, adopted by Ordinance No. 828 M.C.S., as amended through March 31, 1969.
