This suit was filed by appellees seeking injunctive relief against appellants Roy Ives and wife Ruby Ives, and other defendants who have not appealed. Appellees alleged that they as owners had been in possession of certain lands under fence in the northeastern portion of Victoria County, Texas for over twenty-five years, and as tenants for years before that, and that in 1967, defendants forcibly breached locked gates and entered...
