This is an appeal from an order of the District Judge who, on petition for review, reversed the order of the referee in bankruptcy.
The bankrupt claimed as exempt various items of personal property, under the $1,000 personal property homestead exemption afforded by the Florida constitution, F.S.A.Const. Art. 10, § 1.
