The petitioner filed this action for support of the two minor children of the parties pursuant to the provisions of G.L. 1956, chapter 11 of title 15, the Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act.1 A justice of the Family Court heard the case and rendered a decision, on the basis of which a decree was thereafter entered, denying and dismissing the petition.
