The employee filed this original petition for compensation benefits with the Workmen's Compensation Commission on August 29, 1968, after he and his employer failed to reach an agreement in regard to compensation. The trial commissioner found that the employee had sustained a compensable injury and awarded him benefits for total incapacity from August 5, 1968 to October 25, 1968, except for the period from August 7, 1968 to August...
