This is an action for declaratory and injunctive relief in which Plaintiff Genuine Parts alleges that an "Order to File Special Report" which the Federal Trade Commission served upon it in December 1967 violates plaintiff's constitutional rights in that it is harassing, oppressive, and unreasonable, there having been no attempt by the Commission either to focus the order's requirements upon information not otherwise available...
