This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court affirming an order of the Real Estate Commissioner which suspended appellant's broker's license for 90 days.

Appellant was ordered by John E. Black, Real Estate Commissioner, to appear and show cause why his real estate broker's license should not be suspended or revoked. The notice of the hearing was timely, it recited appropriate jurisdictional facts, and it notified appellant that...
