This is a second suit involving the primary litigants herein, namely, Slidell Building Supply, Inc. (Slidell) and I. D. S. Mortgage Corporation (I. D. S.). In the first suit I. D. S., representing itself to be the holder in due course of a certain mortgage note, proceeded by executory process and effected the seizure and sale of certain property mortgaged by Slidell.
