This suit was originally filed by plaintiff Sam Fedele to compel Mrs. Eloise B. St. Romain to transfer to him her undivided one half interest in certain property. He alleged in his petition that he had agreed to buy the property from Bard J. White and that John B. St. Romain, husband of Eloise B. St. Romain, acted as Notary Public in passing the act of sale.
