Appellant, Claud Jones, is appealing a ruling of the Civil Service Commission affirming his dismissal as a Highway Equipment Superintendent I. Mr. Jones' dismissal was conveyed to him in a letter dated February 27, 1969, and it was made effective as of March 3, 1969. The letter was signed by Dempsey D.
