MOORE v. STATE

268 A.2d 875 (1970)

George W. MOORE, Defendant Below, Appellant, v. STATE of Delaware, Plaintiff Below, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Delaware.

July 6, 1970.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Karl J. Parrish, Asst. Public Defender, Wilmington, for defendant below, appellant.

H. Newton White, Deputy Atty. Gen., Georgetown, for plaintiff below, appellee.

WOLCOTT, Chief Justice, and CAREY and HERRMANN, JJ., sitting.

HERRMANN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of burglary in the fourth degree. The appellant was found guilty of breaking and entering a package liquor store, with a co-defendant, with intent to commit larceny therein.

The basic question before us is whether the circumstantial evidence in this case is sufficient to support the jury's verdict and the conviction of guilt. We think it is.
