Count 1 charged that defendants Sydney Albert, Joseph Abrams, Joseph Hewitt and Larry Knohl, among others, manipulated the stock of Bellanca Aircraft Corporation ("Bellanca") on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX") from March 1955 to June 1956.
