This suit for a declaratory judgment was brought by appellant, city tax assessor and collector, against the city commission of Amarillo for a determination of the duties of the appellant in reference to property placed on the rolls by the city tax assessor collector that was removed by the city commission by the passing of a resolution holding the property as being exempt from taxation. The property in question was owned by Khiva Temple, A.A.O.N.M.S...
