By bill of information filed October 1, 1968, John Henry Kreller was charged with a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:962 on August 5, 1968 "in that he sold a narcotic drug, to-wit: numorphan, to Lt. Coleman Vidrine of the Louisiana State Police Department." He was found guilty, convicted, and sentenced to serve ten years at hard labor in the Louisiana State Penitentiary. He appeals to this Court from his conviction and sentence, presenting for our consideration...
