This case came to the writer quite recently on a reassignment. It is a suit to recover damages for personal injuries. The plaintiff Francis A. Newsom and his wife had, as paying guests, spent the 1966 Labor Day weekend at Natures Haven Resort. Natures Haven Resort is located at Sunrise Beach, Camden County, Missouri, in the Ozarks, and was owned and operated by the defendant Arthur W. Crockett and his wife, Betty Crockett, who was a named defendant...
