PER CURIAM.
Appellant made a motion to suppress evidence and petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus after the preliminary hearing, but before trial, which were consolidated for hearing by stipulation, and after the hearing thereon the trial court denied both the motion to suppress and the writ.
