Appellee filed suit in the court below with a complaint in code form against appellant seeking recovery on a policy of life insurance upon the life of Craig Winfred Knowles, of which policy she was the beneficiary. The complaint was for $10,000, due under a policy whereby the appellant, on the 18th day of February, 1966, insured the life of Knowles, who died on the 20th day of February, 1968. Demurrer was filed to the complaint and overruled and appellant...
