MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Petitioner and his co-defendant were convicted of murder and robbery on May 14, 1964. Petitioner was sentenced to life imprisonment, and his co-defendant was sentenced to death. Petitioner did not appeal his conviction, and alleges here that inadequate representation of counsel resulted in denial of his right to appeal.
