TROUTMAN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is a petition by the United States for an order to hold Stanford Frank, a witness, in civil contempt for refusing to obey an order of this Court granting him immunity from prosecution and directing him to answer questions propounded to him during a Grand Jury inquiry into possible violations of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951 and the Taft-Hartley Act, 29 U.S.C. § 186(b).
