This is an automobile negligence case tried by jury in District Court, Unit # 3, Lamoille County and, having resulted in a verdict and judgment for the defendant, is before us on appeal by the plaintiff.

The sole question presented by the plaintiff's appeal is whether the court erred in its failure to instruct the jury on the doctrine of last clear chance. The defendant contends that the trial court properly refused to give the requested instruction...
