The merchandise of this protest consists of tomatoes exported from Canada and entered at the port of Blaine, Washington. The merchandise covered by entry 05-6525 consists of 200 cartons of 6 × 6 No. 2 tomatoes packed in 18-pound cartons, entered February 3, 1964, and classified in liquidation as entered under item 137.63 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States at the duty rate of 1½ cents per pound.
