Plaintiff, the beneficiary in two life insurance policies which provided additional benefits in the event of death by accidental means, brought suit thereon, claiming her husband died as a result of an accident. Trial before the court without a jury resulted in a judgment for $3,325.00 ($1,000.00 principal, $312.50 interest, $100.-00 penalty, and $250.00 attorney's fees on each policy).
