During 1966, the plaintiff-appellant, Russet Potato Company, and a representative of the Bureau of Indian Affairs reached an agreement for the lease of 12.04 acres of land which the United States owned and held in trust for certain Indian allottees, members of the Fort Hall Indian Tribe.
