Appellant American Service, Inc., asks us to reverse the lower court's award of attorney's fees for inadequacy. This appeal stems from a mechanics' lien foreclosure action which was instituted against Tundra Investment. The trial court held that American Service was entitled to judgment in the amount of $39,912.24, plus interest, or $45,699.48 against Tundra Investment, a lien on the latter's property superior to that of all parties except City Electric...
