Appellant, plaintiff in the trial court, sued the defendant-appellee, seeking the balance due on a television set which had been sold by plaintiff to one Malcolm Humphreys. The complaint alleged in part that the plaintiff had a perfected security interest in the television set and that the set had been sold at public auction to an unknown party by the defendant auction company.
