OPINION

COLLINS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order and judgment thereon denying a motion to file late claims against the above estate by a successor trustee of two trusts for alleged breach of trust by decedent, the original trustee.

We reverse the lower court's order and remand for a further hearing.
