The National Labor Relations Board (Board) seeks enforcement of an order issued against respondent on April 15, 1968, premised on findings and conclusions that respondent had violated sections 8(a) (1), (3) and (4) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1), (3) and (4), by the discriminatory discharge of an employee, Pearl Cook.
