This case arises out of an accident which happened when an automobile owned and operated by Alvin W. Frierson, Sr. hit two horses, one owned by George W. Falgout, and the other owned by Harold Seals. The accident happened on U. S. Highway 190, about seven miles east of Slidell, Louisiana. Plaintiff in the first case is Audubon Insurance Company, which was the collision insurer of Mr. Frierson, suing as subrogee for the damages to his automobile. The...
