This is a suit in equity returnable to the Court of Chancery, Windsor County. The plaintiff seeks the unobstructed use of a right of way which bisects land of the defendants. Following a hearing held by the Chancellor on March 20, 1969 findings of fact were filed, and a decree and supplemental decrees were issued. Plaintiff has appealed to this Court for review.
