Norfolk and Western Railway Company, a common carrier by railroad, brought this action to recover freight charges aggregating in excess of $180,000 on shipments of 181 carloads of commodities made during the years 1966, 1967 and 1968 by the Wrightson Division of Permaneer Corporation.
