HENDRY, Judge.

This appeal arises out of an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiffs, husband and wife, as a result of a collision of their jointly owned automobile with an automobile owned by the corporate defendant and being driven by defendant Hammack. Plaintiff husband was driving the automobile and plaintiff wife was a passenger at the time of the collision. Both plaintiffs were injured and claim damages.
