The Attorney General of Florida has brought a group of civil actions in the state circuit courts against certain corporations pursuant to a newly enacted statutory scheme, Florida Statutes 932.58-932.60, F.S.A., which authorizes the Attorney General to bring a civil action for forfeiture of the corporate charter of any corporation organized in Florida or for revocation of the permit authorizing a foreign corporation to conduct business in Florida...
