The plaintiff, Jim Causley Pontiac, Inc., commenced this action by attachment to recover the unpaid balance of the purchase price of automobiles sold to the defendants World Wide.1 The sheriff attached a Buick automobile which was subsequently returned to World Wide when it furnished a bond to release the attachment.2
