LAKE, Justice.

The evidence, though in conflict, includes testimony which supports the findings of fact made by the Housing Commission and approved by the Superior Court. Consequently, for the purpose of this appeal, we accept as true the findings that the petitioner's house is presently unfit for human habitation and dangerous, and that repairs necessary to bring it into conformity with the Housing Code will cost 60%, or more, of the present value of the building...
