This is an action to set aside and cancel two deeds and a bill of sale on the ground that they were made by an incompetent grantor and were obtained by fraud and undue influence.

Plaintiff-appellant Kelley is the grandson and defendant-respondent Perry Wheyland is the son of the deceased grantor Jessie A. Wheyland. The instruments which are the subject of this action conveyed substantially all of the real and personal property of the grantor...
