Plaintiff, Burley Deville, individually and on behalf of his minor daughter, Janet Deville, filed the instant suit on an uninsured motorist claim against the defendant Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd. The minor daughter was the driver of plaintiff's automobile and was involved in a collision with a vehicle being driven by Mark W. Howard, the minor son of T. C. Howard.
