This is a workmen's compensation case. The only question before this court is who is liable for the payments to the employee. The Board found Mrs. Young to be suffering from the occupational disease of byssinosis, a form of pneumoconiosis caused by the inhalation of cotton fibers, and awarded her one-year temporary total benefits and 60% permanent partial benefits.
